Christmas Tree Lighting by the Rector of VŠE – December 12 2023

Christmas is coming and our beloved Christmas traditions are too. On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, Rector Petr Dvořák will light the Christmas tree in the Atrium of the Rajská Building of VŠE. The event begins at 2:15 pm, and its main part will take place during the break until 2:30 pm, allowing everyone at school to participate. After the ceremonial lighting of the tree, the rector will present a check with the funds raised from the VŠE Alumni Homecoming. The selected financial resources will be for a good cause since they will be given to the Center for Students with Special Needs (CSP VŠE). In addition to the tree lighting, you can also look forward to Christmas carols performed by the VŠE Choir and the Gaudeamus VŠE ensemble. Don’t hesitate and come to this lovely pre-Christmas event.
