Meeting of seniors of the Prague University of Economics and Business

The Prague University of Economics and Business also remembers its former employees, which is why this year the annual Meeting of Seniors of the Prague University of Economics and Business as former employees of our university took place. The event was held on Monday, December 18, 2023, at the premises of VŠE, specifically in the modern restaurant Academic Club.

The meeting was opened with an introductory speech by the Rector of the Prague University of Economics and Business, Petr Dvořák, who wished all the participants a pleasant Christmas holiday and all the best for the New Year. After the opening speech, a festive toast awaited the participants. During the dinner, our seniors were able to talk with their friends and former colleagues.

The whole event was held in the spirit of Christmas and as part of the accompanying programme, visitors were treated to a period dance and music performance by the Gaudeamus VŠE ensemble. Together with this ensemble, they were also able to sing Christmas carols and enjoy the true Christmas atmosphere.
