VŠE Event Centre and the Start of the 2025/2026 Academic Year

The new academic year has begun, and here at the VŠE Event Centre we are looking forward to hundreds of events, lectures, workshops and conferences that lie ahead. Our aim is to create an environment where students, alumni, professionals and partners of the university can meet, exchange ideas, and foster inspiring collaborations.

Even before the official start of the semester, we organised the Orientation Weeks for the individual study programmes at VŠE. For new students, these events provided an excellent opportunity to make their first friends, get to know their fellow students, learn more about life at VŠE, experience the unique atmosphere of the student community, and obtain all the essential information needed to succeed in their studies, particularly in their first year. This autumn, we are preparing a host of interesting lectures and conferences, but especially, in collaboration with the VŠE Career Centre, the popular ŠANCE Career Fair, the entertaining Talent VŠE competition, and in winter, the traditional VŠE Ball.
