Professional events
From spring 2021 the fair takes place in two forms: in-person and virtual.
In-person fair takes place twice a year (in April and October) on the VŠE premises, specifically in the atrium of Rajska Building.The fair is three days long and each day we offer different institutions and companies to present themselves, there is also an option to attend on multiple days.
During the fair you have the opportunity to approach students and alumni of VŠE and introduce your current job offer, internships or simply your company to gain better awareness as a great employer. The fair offers a unique opportunity to get contact details of new and future graduates and address them with your job offers now or in the future.

Virtual Fair ŠANCE Islands is from spring 2021 held once a year and takes place on a special 3D platform. You can picture it as a computer game, where each participant and stall attendant is moving around in form of an avatar (character). Communication at the stalls uses web cameras and microphones.
The virtual fair takes place in the tropical islands ŠANCE Islands environment which was created specifically for the occasion.

Every November we hold Banking Career Day together with the Department of banking and insurance VŠE and with ČSOB, Česká Spořitelna and Komereční banka, the largest Czech banks.
By cooperating with forefront Czech banks VŠE aims to best present the specifics of working in the banking sector and enlighten students about the interesting work with great career prospects. Participants have the opportunity to meet representatives of all banks and gain various insights regarding the companies.

University events
The Ball takes place annually in Prague Lucerna. It is one of the biggest balls in Europe and it is usually attended by on average 3000 students, alumni, employees and friends of the University.
Talented students are also announced and awarded as part of the programme. It is because not only future economists, statisticians, accountants, entrepreneurs or diplomats but also, as shown throughout the VŠE Talent and Best Sportsman competitions, future artists and athletically gifted students study at VŠE. In the aforementioned competitions, it is the skills that do not show themselves through studying that are judged.
It is possible to have specified artists perform at your event!

VŠE has thousands of students, alumni and teachers. There are successful sportsmen, dancers, musicians, comedians and others among them. The aim of this competitions id to appreciate talents that are hidden due to the focus and nature of VŠE.
The competition takes place in three rounds, where the final round is held as part of the VŠE Ball in Prague Lucerna.
Participants can perform at various prominent events throughout the year: Majáles, Events of Česká Spořitelna, Alumni Evening etc.
It is possible to have specified artists perform at your event!

Prague University of Economics and Business deeply values its alumni, wants to stay in touch with them and therefore holds Alumni Evenings. The aim of the event is to connect the University and its alumni, discuss new strategies and developments, engage the alumni with VŠE current happenings and last but not least to have fun.
The evening is made even more pleasant by our rector`s foreword, a symphony orchestra, photo booth and culinary specialties.
